If you are planning to have a new boat built by one of our area builders give me a call. Building a new boat is a complicated process. It helps to have an educated and experienced outside consultant watching your investment from design to launch. Even the best builders can over look some problems and design flaws and by having an independent observer will help spot potential problems before they become costly mistakes.
I make it my job to stay currant on the industry safety standards and I will work with the builder to help insure that your new vessel will meet or exceed the standards. This can also help reduce insurance costs once your new dream boat has been launched.
I am trained as a mechanical engineer as well as a yacht designer so I know how to read and understand blue prints and drawings, and how to spot potential problems before construction begins.
